On New Year's Day 2012, the Lord broke through into my life and healed me from my inability to sit, stand and walk! He healed me from a deadly disease that was a one in a million . I was bed-ridden for close to 3 years but He touched me and made me walk again. However, I was still unable to swallow food or drinks normally. There were still spasms in my throat. When I went to see my parish priest, he was in tears as I walked into his office! He stood up and he sang the song "How Great Thou Art". When we spoke, I told him, "Father, I am so happy and grateful that Jesus healed me but I am still unable to eat or drink normally. Nevertheless, I'm not complaining! I can walk!" He replied, " Do not worry, just like Jesus healed the blind man in stages, he will heal you in stages too. For we see in Mark 8:22-26, Jesus heals the blind man in two stages. First the man can merely see tree-like figures and second , he sees clearly ." My family and I claimed that with much confidence ! On July 29th 2013, 3 days after the birthday of both, Jesus grandmother and my late grandmother, I was having my dinner in my room, alone. All of a sudden, the food that I was swallowing went in without any problems! I was so shocked that I thought I was imagining it! It had been 3 years since I last swallowed food or drinks without any problems. I tried taking another bite and I managed to swallow! I called out for my parents and sister to invite them to come and see the miracle . When they came , I told them and by time we all knew it, there was someone outside my house calling for all of us. It turned out to be my parish priest. We were surprised and we asked him, " Fr what are you doing here". He said, " I don't know, the Holy Spirit brought me here". We invited him in and we told him the good news and he was like, " well that's why I am here, to verify this miracle" and he sang out loud with all his heart " How Great Thou Art"! To you who is reading this right now, Jesus is not done with you, He still wants to pour more of his love into your heart, he still wants to heal and restore, liberate and deliver, anoint and empower you! He is not done with you. He calls you to draw even closer to himself than ever before. "And I am confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ." - Phillipians 1:6
